By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Surgetok provides organic TikTok growth promotion — including follower, view, and like growth — through targeted organic promotion methods. We do not use bots, fake accounts, or engagement pods.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our services. You must own or have authorization to manage the TikTok account you submit to us.
We never ask for your TikTok password or login credentials. You are only asked to provide your public handle and profile link.
Follower, view, and like ranges listed for each package are estimates, not guarantees. Actual results may vary based on your niche, content quality, posting frequency, existing account activity, and factors outside our control, including changes to TikTok's platform or algorithm. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and fulfillment has begun, no refunds will be issued, including for partial delivery, dissatisfaction with results, or changes of mind. This reflects that resources are committed to your order immediately upon purchase.
The sole exception: if we completely fail to begin fulfillment of your order within a reasonable time after purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of your purchase date to request a resolution, which we will address at our discretion (which may include completing delivery or issuing a refund). This Section does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to ensure the TikTok account submitted complies with TikTok's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any action TikTok takes against your account.
You may not use our services to promote illegal content, content that violates TikTok's community guidelines, or accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage.
Surgetok is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. "TikTok" is a trademark of its respective owner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surgetok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including any impact to your TikTok account.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
